1. Acceptance of Terms

This agreement (the "Terms") constitutes a legally binding contract between you and Pornoexchange LTD ("we," "us," or "our"), regarding your use of our websites, platforms, content, and services (collectively, the "Services").

2. Age and Consent Restriction

• **Mandatory Age:** You must be at least **eighteen (18) years of age**, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher, to access the Services.
• **Representation:** By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you are of legal age and have the legal capacity to enter into this Agreement.
• **Jurisdiction:** You acknowledge that you are viewing the content from a location where it is not illegal to do so.

3. Content and Intellectual Property Rights

• **Ownership:** All content, including videos, images, text, and proprietary software, is the exclusive property of Pornoexchange LTD or is licensed to us. This content is protected by international copyright laws.
• **Limited License:** We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the content **solely for personal, non-commercial viewing**.
• **Prohibited Use:** You are expressly prohibited from:
  • Downloading, copying, reproducing, redistributing, or transmitting content.
  • Publicly displaying, performing, or exhibiting the content.
  • Reverse-engineering or tampering with our digital rights management (DRM) systems.

4. Account and Billing

• **Accuracy:** You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made via the Services.
• **Subscription Renewal:** Subscriptions automatically renew unless you cancel before the end of the current billing period. Cancellation must be managed through your account settings.
• **Refunds:** Payments are non-refundable, and we do not provide refunds or credits for any partial subscription periods or unused content.

5. User Conduct and Termination

• **Prohibited Conduct:** You agree not to use the Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, or to upload, post, or transmit any abusive, threatening, or defamatory material.
• **Termination:** We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any breach of these Terms, including suspected unauthorized sharing or illegal use.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Services are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. Pornoexchange LTD disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. In no event shall Pornoexchange LTD be liable for any indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages.

7. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.

8. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to revise these Terms at any time. The updated version will be indicated by an updated "Last Updated" date and the changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
